-Under his holier-than-thou attitude, his true personality is a very strict and serious person.
-He always keeps a diary.
-He admires Friedrich II and laments his loss.
-He is strong in strategy and militarism, but he has no common sense.
-Loots/steals.
-Personality is based off rude, obnoxious Prussian soldiers. Can be rather self-imposing/self-centered.
-Takes on challenges.
-Doesn't like Russia, but wanted/liked Italy because he was in the HRE.
-Original personality was to be a very depressed and gloomy, dark character that looked like Poland.
-He is positively ~German~, so, likes bargains, beer, etc.
-Eats a lot, damn. He likes to eat and fight/take challenges and sleep.
-Has been trying to take up hobbies to keep himself from being bored/get praise.
-Took up odd jobs that paid him very little money.
-Was malnourished as a kid, hence he is smaller than Germany.
-An exclave to Russia, and acts as the occasional freeloader at Germany's place.
-Avoided marriages, always fought. Often feels lonesome, and just as often denies it, but generally likes the company of people even if they find him to be a public nuisance.
-Read a book on how to properly socialize with people, but he sneezed the book closed or something, so, he gave up.
-Guards/protects his house.
-Was raised by men, so, he can treat guys in a perverted way, but with a girl he felt uncomfortable. (Teenagers, kind of like how guys in States can slap each other on the butt after football games or make suggestive comments to each other, but wouldn't pull that off on a girl without feeling awkward.)
-In bed, the spot beside him is always available- *thumbs up*

-Knows a lot about history, from what it seems (Everything from the Austrian Succession to Christ, lol)
-Thinks the Russia design of something I forgot looked gaudy.
-Likes to peek on Hungary
-Was stripped and started panicking (probably most people would, lol)

-He thinks Maria Theresa was pretty, awww.
-Apparently, was accused for having got sentimental, which he denies.
-... Um, he wears boxers, idk.

"A country that was born to fight the same battles as Austria, but opposite of Austria he managed to avoid any marriages and do nothing but fight, so he’s kind of a hooligan.
He’s very loyal to his leaders, and loves Old Man Fritz.
A young man who’ll use any means to become strong.
He affectionately calls Germany “West”. Also, he hates Russia.
※ St. Maria Order → Teutonic Knights → (Some other stuff) → Prussia → is basically how it went down."

"• Personality-wise, he loves to fight and often says things that will start quarrels.
• Since birth, he has been wielding his sword for his own survival, so he is very strong.
• He has gone on a rampage in Hungary and Poland before, so his relationships with these two are rather rocky.
• His manners are also quite terrible. (Prussian troops are quite known for their bad behavior.)
• He is supposed to be around Austria's age, just a little older, but he doesn't look like it.
• He loves Friedrich II a lot. Even after his death, whenever something or someone brings up the history of Friedrich II, he'll be depressed.
• He was under Russia's control after WWII, dreaming of Italy's warm sunshine, while stuck with doing unprofitable jobs."
Other than this list of things, have fun with him. At the end of the day, he's a secondary character, and to me that means a great deal of room and variability for his characterization. Also, one of the things I've always loved about Hetalia is how versatile the world and the characters are. Short fluff humor fic? Works great. Horror where the world council is attacked by vampires? Also good.
One reason I like Prussia so much is that his character CAN be a lot of different things. He can be a lovable loser, or he can be the guy who knows five ways to kill you with an old tube sock. It depends.
Also, it seems that Prussia's character is the most widely disputed <.< No idea why I really think that, but it seems that people are less likely to accept a variety of characterizations for him then they would for other characters. It's like he either has to be a loud, obnoxious moron, a lovable loser, or BAMF. I think the people who write him well strike a balance between these things, not pick a side and stick to their thesis.
